Directions to City of Refuge Children's Home in Tijuana:

From I-5 or I-805 South

Cross the border into Tijuana, stay in the 3rd lane from the fence on the left

Look for Signs that say "Rosarito, Ensenada, Scenic Road (Route 1)"

As you come up over the bridge you should be in the far right lane, still following signs for Rosarito, Ensenada, Scenic Road

At the top of the bridge, merge one more lane to the right and exit to the right

Merge onto the highway that runs along the border

Follow the highway straight until you see the first exit on the left. The exit will say "San Diego, Fracc. Soler"

Exit to the left and veer to the left to go to "Fracc. Soler" DON'T take the return to San Diego

Follow the road as it curves up the hill

Turn right at the second stop sign

Turn right at the first light (by the Carl's Jr.)

Go straight about 4 blocks (over 2 speed bumps); turn left at the first stop sign. (The road dead ends into an apartment complex here, you have to turn left)
Go straight through 3 intersections

At the fourth intersection, turn left (look for the Telnor phone booth on the corner)

Look for the big, melon colored house on the right, about 1/2 block in

You may park on the street in front of the house, then walk up the ramp into the home
